Return/Refund Process: Lazada dropshipping Using Chinabrands.

Ok, lets learn what you need to do , when your customer request for a refund after buying from your lazada.

Btw , this guide is for those that are running a dropshipping business in lazada using chinabrands. Those that run their own online business , this video might not be suitable .

So , the very first things that you need to know about dropshiping on lazada using chinabrands is that , these 2 company know each other , but they are not close friends .

There are couple of things that you need to know
#1 whatever that happen in lazada , need to be solve in lazada , whatever happen in chinabrands need to solve in chinabrands .
This happen to me when i contacted chinabrands regarding my shipping on lazada , they will ask me to aliase with  lazada .So keep this in mind , these 3 platform are friends but not close friends.There do not give a damn to each other .

So , if you have a refund on lazada , and you are using chinabrands as your dropshipping supplier , lazada will deal with you
and you need to deal need to deal with chinabrands , lazada will not give a shit to chinabrands , the same goes to kumoten.

#2 no matter which dropshipping supplier you use , when your customer asking for a return or refund ,it must
go back to lazada first .

Lazada will deal with you , and you will deal with your dropshipping supplier such as chinabrands .
Lazada will not deal with chinabrands or kumoten. As i told you before lazda will not give a damn to whoever dropshipping supplier you use.

#3 If you have any problem in either of the 2 platforms , lazada or chinabrands, you can only deal with the platform that give you the problem.
For example , if your customer requested a refund , lazada sent back the product to you , but chinabrands refuse to refund you back ,
you can only deal with chinabrands . There is no point to talk to lazada that chinabrands refuse to pay you . Ask i said before , these companies are friends but not close friends , they do not give a damn to each others .

Ok i am sure that you know understand that these 2 platforms , lazada and chinabrands are a stand alone platform.
So now , lets learn what you need to do when someone requested a refund or want to return their products.

Just a reminder , the information that i get is through chatting with the customer services on the respected company , lazada and chinabrands .
I will not be responsible for any missed information .So , read and use it at your own cost.

1) The return process of lazada.
A seller will receive a refund notice on their seller account .
According to lazada return policy , buyer has 7 days or 14 days n return to seller and easy return  for Laz mall will be 15 days return .
Then the seller will be given 3 working days ,weekends are not consider working days .
Within these 3 working days , seller can decide how to return or refund the products.If there is no responce after 3 working days , the return ,request will be auto approved.

Chinabrands Dropshipping and Lazada Return Policy

1)Return products from lazada while dropshipping with Chinabrands .
The whole chinabrands return process and policy you can read it on the description box below , it is rather a long policy as it show clearly what can be return and how .
Over here i will summarize everything by focuing on the main point as much as i can for your easy learning.

Dropshiping with chinabrands
There are 3 scenarios on returning fixed by Lazada , dun ask me why .
1)Refund only: Instant refund, Noreturn required
2) Return & refund: Customer toreturn the item, perform Quality Check (QC) followed by accept/reject refund by you .
3) Reject: Turn down request yes , you can turn down the request as well.

Case 1 : Refund only: Instant refund, Noreturn required
So, you received a refund message from your client on lazada.And you decided to do a Refund only ,do not need your customer to return the product to you
.Lazada will be automatically deduct the money from your bank account and pay back to your customer.
This scenario will happen if the value of the product is too small and you do not want to have the hassle of contacting your dropshipping suppliers for a refund .

Case 2: Return & refund
you received a refund message from your client on lazada. And you decided to do a Return & refund .Clients will drop the product to their nearest lazada pick up point ,
and lazada will sent back to your warehouse address . Seller has 3 working days to respond .In order to get a refund from chinabrands , seller need to submit a refund or replacement request
from chinabrands .This can be done by contacting chinabrands customer service .

Dropshipping Return Policy In Chinabrands.
The whole return policy link i have included in the description box , feel free to have a look .
If the product is returned due to damaged you need to send a clear photo or videos of the damaged or defective product.

1) If it’s product quality issue within the valid warranty period (3C products: 30 days, non 3C products: 15 days), returned
shipping fees are undertaken by Chinabrands.
3 c products are mostly electornics products such as ultra-thin books, e-books, printers, scanners, computer hardware,
tablet accessories, corporate office network equipment.
2) If it’s product quality issue, but it exceeds the valid warranty period(3C products: 30 days, non 3C products: 15 days),
the shipping fee of returning and exchanging products shall be undertaken by the customer.

NOTE: Chinabrands may or may not pay you back , it is up to their decision and policy.It is quite confusing on reading their return policy to be honest.

In short , if the products exceed the warranty period , you need to bare the shipping fees back to china .Therefore ,if the value of the products are lower
than the shipping fees , you may consider not returning the product to chinabrands , and you bare the refund cost
to your customers. I know it is sucks , but this is business.Sometime you win , sometime you loss .And it will take long time for the whole shipping the product back
to china , and receive from china .

So if chinabrands , decided to refund , they will proceed with the payment.

If you reject the payment you will not need to pay back to your customer. be rational thou , if it is really the problem of the products or the supplier,
kindly do a refund , as this will give a great impressive to your customer.

So , in a nutshell.
There are 3 scenarios on returning products which are Refund only ,Return & refund and Reject

Refund only
Client request a refund on Lazada ==> you accept and lazada deduct the money in your bank and pay your customer.

Return & refund
Client request a refund on Lazada ==> You decided to give a refund ==> lazada sent products to your warehouse ==> LAZADA WILL DEDUCT THE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK TO PAY TO YOUR CUSTOEMR ==>you contact chinarbrands for a refund ==> you ship the products back to chinabrands==>chinabrands refund to you(based on their decision)

Reject Refund
Nothing need to do

Beware on one thing ,
All Goods sold on the Platform is covered under the Lazada 7 Days Easy Returns or 14 Days Easy Returns ,depends on products.
you can check your item”s return policy and validity in the service section within the product page.

What is the problem over here?
If the product is covered under lazada 7 days easy return , no a big problem with this , however ,
if it is covered under 14 days easy return , there may be a big problem.
If you can recall , chinabrands warranty for non 3c products is only 15 days . If the customer decided to ask for a refund on the 14th days itself , if you missed  out the request for only one day , your warranty on chinabrands will be gone , and you need to pay for the shipping fees in order to ship the product back to chinabrands.

So just be aware of this .

SOMETHING THAT I REALLY CONFUSE ABOUT THE CHINABRANDS 3C WARRANTY, there are 2 policies under this 3 c products , one said 30days , and one said 12 months .

I contacted chinabrands customer sercvices all he/she says is ” now it’s rules of our company so far ” ,” we will improve it ” . I was like wtf???
